Serene space in busy Gangnam

Walking into Café Jungwol, you feel like you're stepping into an ancient Korean cave or bunker.

The dim lighting is complemented by tastefully placed plants. Archways create a sense of intimacy, subtly dividing the different rooms.

It's quite peaceful outside as well. They have patio and ground-floor seating alongside a wall of bamboo.

The tile work, original brick walls of the property, and translucent wallpapers truly complete the aesthetic.
